Last day of 2008!

Anyway, i figured out that i won't be blogging later at night. Cause i'm going to the countdown. So here i am, To post the "Goodbye 2008, Hello 2009" Post! Teehee.

Anyway let's take a look at my resolutions i've made in 2007 LOL.


Only a hour more to 2008! well. 2007 has been a fruitful year for me! especially my faith grew a bundle :) And I really hope 2008 would be Better then 2007!

A new year begins, a new chapter unfolds. My walk with God's never gonna be the same again! I'm commited to do quality QT! and erm, even writting journal everyday! Haha. Yeah. Some of my wishes in 2008 is to.

Haha, so far. yeah! My ambitions or dreams, im sure i can achieve them with God's help!

Everything is possible through Christ who strengthens me.

Teehee yeah. Let's see

1) Excel in my studies > Yeah i did, a little. LOL. I got class position 11 Okay. Teehee
2) Go on a diet. Apparently i didn't cause i can't stand the temptaion of food LOL.
3) Continuing learning guitar. NO MINDY DIDN'T EVEN TEACH ME.
4) Excel in everything i do > Okay lah.
5) Walk with God to be never be the same again! Yeah i did experience Him alot this year.

Thanksgiving for 2008
(Counting my Blessings)

1) Thank You Lord for putting me into 3-7, Eventhough it might be a course that's tough for me, yeah however i made it through even if it's so hard.

2) Thank You Lord for letting me join Media as a minstry, and being able to Serve alongside with those wonderful people, and serving You. Helping me to fix my eyes back on You, not care about what men might say, all those discriminations, but only care about You ;)

3) Thank You Lord for my family, for even standing by me in everything i do, helping me to get well from my sickness and even Thank God for sending my church friends, to stand by me in everything i do, To study with me, to help me through. To even correct me when things are wrong. And unpleasing. Thank You Lord for you guys!!

4) Thank You Lord for even my Sec 2-5 friends, Always eating recess with me, always being there for me. And always not forgetting me for everything they do! Really appreciate you guys.

5) Thank You Lord for Ignite Conference 2008. Letting me have the passion and fire to bring my friends to church. And by God's grace Thank You Lord for letting Joanna and Evangeline come to church ;)

6) Thank You Lord for the Train Track Prayer Meeting with Josephine. It was really an awesome encounter ;)

7) Thank You Lord for letting me find back my 2004 and 2005 Blog. It really made me realise the importance of time, and cherishing everyone around me.

8) Thank God for JonJoHeQiBoEs LOL. I read past my archive and saw i blogged about this. Thanks, really. For letting my sec1 and sec2 life be colourful. And thanks for not pangsehing me in anything. TEEHEE

9) Thank You Lord for my F&N Practical for MYE. Me and Chiewtong didn't even try out. And the food tasted SOOO wonderful! And time wise, it was really organized. And the decorations too. Everything was going EXACTLY to our plan! And even the grinder for the tomato, the screw dropped inside LOL. Luckily Ms Tay didn't ate the screw. TEEHEE. But my mom did LOL. ANd she spat it out.

10) Thank God FOR my CELLGROUP! hahaha. Thanks K.zhang and josephine for leading us, and ensuring everyone of us grow in God ;)

11) Thank You Lord for letting me score well in MYE.

12) Thank You Lord for letting my picture to be posted in IN. Teehee

13) Thank You Lord for MY BIRTHDAY!!!! And really thank God for their love, everything they've done for me. Even coming to bomb me at my house at 8AM in the morning. Teehee. Really appreciate you guys for helping me to have such a memorable birthday!!!

14) Thank God for letting my aunt rest in peace.

15) Thank God for the erm erm erm fAMILY CAMP IN M'SIA TOO!! Then i got my prophecy. TEEHEE

16) Thank God for letting me share about the bible to some of the people in my class ;)

17) Thank God for media retreat! IT was really very aweosme and fun, letting me know more people in Media TEEHEE/

18) Thank God for our cellgroup covenant ;)

19) Thank God for sunday people for studying with me during EOYSSS!!!

20) Thank God for letting me score during my EOY, letting me pass my chinese compo eventhough i wrote out of point. And my english too!! And for my F&N Even just having a borderline pass eventhough my practical only had 2 cooking method and 1 dish. TEEHEE.

21) Thank God for the wonderful YI camp 2008! And thank God for His grace eventhough we made soooo many errors!!!! And thank God for teaching us, "I once was there, and then i left" Teehee. And the Omni-present God! He's there with us, when we're born, when we're dead. How wonderful You are God!!!

22) Thank God for X'Mas bash too! Thank God for letting me be a backstage crew. And experience how isit like to work in the dark, and even not getting much recognition ;)

Anyway i think that's about it. There's actually MUCH MUCH more to thank God for this year.

My New Year Resolutions (2009)

1) Get a single digit for L1R4
2) Learn guitar (AGAIN MINDY!!!)
3) Get Baptized.
4) Go on a diet (again teehee)
5) Study everyday!
6) Healthy Lifestyle!!
7) Do housework Chores ;)
8) Don't hog on the computer for too long
9) Share Christ to at least 20!
10) Spend more time with family.
11) Grow in Christ more!
12) Change away my bad habbits.

TEEHEE. That's my resolution. Lord i pray that You'll help me keep it. Help me to accomplish them! Thank You Lord, In Jesus Name I Pray, AMEN!!!

and getting free treat of ben and jerrys for me and jingwei by luwei >:D

HangZhou, China. Day 2

21st November 2008

Okay so anyway, day 2 we had a tour around Cai He Experimental School. It was a Friday by the way. And then it was erm, erm, erm silk factory or something. Anyway it was really awesome.


This is their somewhat lobby?! Entrance to the general block or something. Lol it was awesome. Anyway, it's really really cold there!!! It's like when you blow the air outta your mouth, there will be a like somewhat mist. Ahhh like. when you breath with your mouth, the air will be seen. Condensed straight away! COOL RIGHT HAHAHAHA.

Yes, Chinese. LOL. Practically everything's in Chinese, Cause it's CHINA! Yeah.

And this is their erm, Indoor garden? Ahhhh. It's like something, which you can adjust the temperature whenever you want, and let the plants grow. It's the first school in China(?) That have this room/ garden lol.

Then they have this outdoor garden too, where students plant and grow their own pot, and write messages on the cards.

Then we witnessed their, Morning exercise. They exercise everyday, morning. Then afternoon they'd either run around 8 rounds or, have kungfu LOL.

Then it'd be like very very very super duper neat. If you ask regent to do this they'd ignore you LOL.

Yes one of the actions. We actually followed them to do Zao Cao after that!!! HAHAHAHA. As in another day.

Then we had Chinese Painting. We had to paint this He Hua. LOL.

Yes we were supposed to draw straight lines LOL.

Half done. Continue another time!

Our lunch! It was awesome lolol.

Then we had our lunch in the meeting room for teachers. Hahaha how special. Yes we're indeed honoured guests from Singapore LOL.

Lol and we went into our bus and received our bottles. It's WAHAHA brand with Wang Lee Hom(?)'s face on it LOLOL. Super hilarious. Me and dova laughed like mad hahahaha.

Then we went to this Silk Musuem of China. It's international!

It's somewhere in Hangzhou. Really magnificent!

This was what greeted us. Lol in the silk egg, or whatever lah. In the middle. Fake of course lol.

Then we did Tie Dye. It was SILK handkerchief(?) yes it's SILK all for 10yuan :)

Cooking LOL.

Then we past by this silk musuem. Lol super gorgeous.

Ironing the cloth. ahahaha.

Then we went to see how the royal silk robes were made. It's super duper cool. That's a lady doing the silk. It was all the threads.

And it was a machine. There must be two people, one up and the other down. Then it's possible to make lol.

Then we went to the musuem. Actually the BLUE one, is really passed down from the real emperor in the erm, i don't know which dynasty. Yeah and they bought it over. Awesome.

Then we past by this very cool japanese-look alike shop. Just took a picture. It's quite rare to see such a building in China!

Man i miss china! Hahahahaha. Shall continue next time :)

Camp was awesome!!!

Hello everyone, just came back from camp! It was awesome man, especially Pastor Glynn's preaching. Awesome to the max. And was being busy much with media, games comm and everything. Kinda neglected my cellgroup. Really sorry man!

I felt the joy of serving once again! And i remember during the last night, the finale. I was serving. And i made quite alot of errors. But overall it was okay i guess. And thank God because for one of the slides, I showed wrong. And the lights covered up for me. And it was too bright, so no one can see my error. Hahaha really thank God for everything man!

Okay didn't really take any pictures. But i took a few during the last day with keon's 40d. Shall post up some soon, (If i got the pictures, and the time)

HangZhou, China. Day 1
20th November 2008

Lol here i am, finally blogging about China. Hahahah anyway. Really had fun going to China with so many friends, and teachers? I really miss everything there! The babies (SUPER CUTE!!!), the weather, it's super awesome. It's like whenever you're running, you won't sweat, AT ALL!!!! Ugh how good is that. I miss my buddy tooooo!


Lol this is me and dova on the plane. It's a 5 Hour flight man! It's like, super super comfortable. We have pillows and blankets. And i managed to smuggle the pillow back to Hangzhou, but left it there cause it's too bulky lolol.


We had the game of 21?! On the plane. It's like the spotlight lah. LOL. Everyone's asleep while we're playing this. I lost dova 1dollar leh!!!!!!!


Then, this was the food we had during the flight. It was horrible lah. At least last time in Cathay they provided us with Hagen Dasz or Ben and Jerrys. I forgotten. But this is noob lol. the prawn sucked man!!!! hahahahaha!

And then, we arrived in ShangHai Airport! LOL. This shot is super funny plus funnier plus more funny lah. We were chaging into our Long John (Therman Wear) Cause they said with this, you can even survive with just a single piece of clothing when it's like 10degrees! LOL but it's not true -.-

This, is the streets of Shanghai filled with grass like that. LOL. Anyway during the journey it was horrible. I was sneezing like mad, really! And the guys keep opening the windows -.- It's like 6 degrees outside, HELLO!!!

Then we stopped by a small erm, Fan Dian or whatever that was for dinner. That was what i ate. IT WAS WITHOUT SPOON!!! HAHA. we had to use the small little spoon that was given with the Egg. And i must adapt eating with chopstick for the next 12 days yo! LOL. Anyway all that was for 20YUAN. Not bad eh. It's around like 4 bucks in Singapore. BUT THE FOOD IS SUPER SALTY. SALTY LIKE MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then there was this auntie selling yu mi. I think this shot is cool! HAHAHAHAHAH.

And then, we arrived in Cai He Experimental School! Hahaha finally. The board you see there, They actually wrote, We warmy welcome all the honoured guests from Singapore, in Regent Secondary School or something. LOL. And then alvin keeps boasting that we're "HONOURED GUEST" So we can do anything we want -.-

Yes we arrived at about 8.30, Which was very late already. By 5pm, the Sun would be down. And around 6pm, it would be like 10pm here in Singapore. HAHAHA. So when they fetched us, it was considered quite late for them, and yes they live very far. It's like how many miles from school LOL I THINK SO. I don't know. Not very sure.


And finally, this was my room for 8 days. Their parents actually let me sleep one whole room to myself!!! And that thing there is a place you can sleep. Yes that's my luggage.


And this, was the bed i slept for 8days. QUEEN SIZE LEH HAHAHAHAHA. Then the last 3 days i had electric blanket. SUPER SHIOK! Oh that's my winter clothing.
